Do full shade hedges exist?

Hello! I am looking for some help. I have a small backyard completely covered by a tree canopy. We have a fence I would like to put some hedges along, but I can't seem to find a hedge that works in full shade so I'm crowdsourcing some help (every plant calls for part shade not full shade). Has anyone here come across a full shade hedge? Looking for something I can prune to keep at 6'. The only one I have seen that looks like it might work is green spire (Zone 6). Any thoughts help!

Bushes/Hedges/What do I do!?

Backyard needs some serious work. My first project is to hide the parking lot our back yard leads to. Desperately need some bushes/hedges along this back fence, but I am new to gardening/plants. I live in zone 6/7, St. Louis where temps can go -10 to 110. This area is almost totally shaded because of the tree on the left. Would love some suggestions on tall wide bushes that cover up our "view."

How long did it take your Trelegy to kick in?

Hi everyone need some input on your experience. I am an advair user and my doctor recommended a switch to Trelegy after a recent episode. Im 6 days in and my asthma is getting worse. Just curious if it took anyone awhile to get acclimated to it/how long it took or if this is a sign to switch back. Thanks for your input!

I’ve been hospitalized for… the common cold?

Two weeks ago my son brought home sniffles from daycare and it spread to the family. Common occurrence. Now I’m going on 4 days of severe coughing linked to my asthma so I went to the ER for a breathing treatment and to see if anything else is going on and after lots of testing, yup, it’s just the common cold. Can’t breathe and can’t stop coughing so the hospital admitted me to monitor and treat overnight. I feel bad taking up a hospital bed but grateful to have the care and multiple rounds of breathing treatments. Anyone else have a similar experience of regular life sending their asthma into total chaos?
