Need advice: Amgen hiring manager interview in 3 days after 8 months of job hunting

Hi everyone,

After 8 months of my job hunting, I am excited to share that I have my first interview in 3 days with a hiring manager round at Amgen! With about 10 years of experience in biotech and pharma, I’m eager to make the most of this opportunity, though I’m feeling pretty nervous.

I'd really appreciate your advice:
- Will the hiring manager’s questions focus more on my resume or the job description?
- Is this round typically more technical or behavioral?
- If you've interviewed at Amgen, what can you share about the culture and interview process?

Any tips or experiences would mean a lot.

Thank you in advance! 🙏
