Can anyone tell about which application form it shows

In 1st allotment of my ba course I got different subject which wasn't in my priorities so I applied for upgradation and paid full fees then now I got these subjects so I wanted to confirm my seat and submit this.

Then when am submitting it, it shows this,

So my question is that is my seat is secured? and I don't want to change my subject from this
