Looking for a payment processor for an e-commerce business (non-resident US LLC)

RECAP :

- Non-US resident owner US LLC
- EIN but no ITIN (on the way 2-month wait)
- Very low-risk activity: e-commerce selling general day-to-day regular products (household, accessories, clothing, cosmetics, gadgets, etc.)
- $30-50K monthly volume
- Mostly international customers outside of the US
- very low charge-back rate 0.02% across 3 years with $2M processed (on another non-US entity)
- Can deal with higher transaction fees
- with a Shopify integration
- Inventory is in stored and shipped from China
- Average shipping time 6-8 business days
- Perfect customer support and transparent service

I run traditional branded e-commerce stores as well as dropshipping stores, the products are shipped from China (extensive quality checks and transparent shipping) to worldwide customers.

Processing volume: around $30-50K per month.

I have very good customer support, clean marketing and get an average of 0.02% chargeback rate (very few chargebacks for over 3 years now).

I sell mostly low-risk items (household, cosmetics, clothing, gadgets, accessories, etc.) across different stores with very transparent generous policies.

I am a non-US resident from Madagascar (non-restricted country) with a New Mexico US LLC (incorporated 06.25.2026). I’ve got an EIN number, US bank account (Relay) and applied for an ITIN that’s on the way (2-month wait).

I used to run my stores with a different company (UK) and I recently decided to relocate the company to the US since the infrastructure is way better (credit cards, services, support, etc.). My plan is to eventually build credit, plant proper roots in the US and leverage the great US infrastructure.

I was approved for Shopify Payments and even though my stores are very professional and never get chargebacks, I’m not confident Shopify Payments will last forever after starting to process more and more because of my profile (non-resident US LLC). I just don’t want to stress over potential holds and payment related issues.

I want a long-term payment processor who’s willing to build a relationship. I don’t mind higher fees as long as I can trust and scale reliably.

I don’t plan on running any high-risk business and want to build real lasting stores with good customer experience.

I need a solution ASAP. Open to any suggestions.
