My account was just deactivated because I tried to upload my ID and my mom’s name was on the account for some reason so the names didn’t match. My email is on the account though and it’s the same last name as mine so idk why they did that to begin with. I had 6,000 in the account and it was a simple mistake, I’m legally allowed to gamble and am in a state that allows it as well. What are the chances they reactive my account and give me my 6,000?????? Any advice? I’ve sent them many emails and they will continue to receive emails if they don’t do anything about it. Has anyone ever had this happen 😖😖😖
