Being a 57 year old, I had no idea this needed to be done. I made an assumption that the insurance company would update this information since they were the ones paying for the replacement. I've had my house since 2001, have had about 4 new roofs (living in a hail zone), and my policy information showed the age of my roof as 25 years old.
