French Avocado for the first time!

French Avocado for the first time!

I went to cafes every time I want to try something new and then I grabbed the French avocado at Jamjam around yeonnam on a whim. The bread was warm and lightly crisp, the avocado tasted fresh, and it was one of those things that was filling without making me feel like I needed a nap afterward.

I wasn't expecting much since it sounded pretty basic, but it ended up being my favorite part of the visit. It's funny how the least flashy item on the menu can end up being the one you remember the most.

This yukhoe kimbap was way better than I expected

I ordered this on a whim because I wanted something to go with the BBQ, and I honestly think it ended up being my favorite thing from the meal.

The beef was really fresh, the rice wasn't packed too tightly, and everything just worked together. It didn't feel too heavy either, so it was easy to keep eating even after the grilled meat.

This was from Yookmian, but now I'm curious, where have you had your favorite yukhoe kimbap in Seoul? I'd love to compare a few places on my next trip.
