Does anyone know the name of the gentleman who is always pushing his cart of bottles/cans up and down FDB between 116th and 120th? He’s a fixture of the community and always kept to himself. He sadly passed today. He seemed so young, I always thought he was in his 30s. I wondered if he had ID on him when he passed and if they were able to find his family to notify them. So tragic.
