Need help with disability fair

Hello, I am someone who is disabled and wondering how to avail the LIRR reduced fare.
Is there a document or something that I need to carry?

Context: I am new to the US, so all documents I have are from international sources and they state the disability, etc., in English, but I am not sure if there is a certain certificate that I need.

Is this just me or has amex recently been terrible customer service where i have to repeat myself 3 times on chat to get directed to appropriate department are they laying off competent people?

Last multiple times i have chatted with amex customer service have had to repeat myself multiple times to get an valid response
Are they using ai?
