How do I get rid of anxious sleeps. Just to give you some context, I am going through a breakup. I was in a relationship with her for 2 years and now that’s she’s gone, my brain is kinda fucked up. Every time I sleep I have shortness of breath and I wake up anxious this happens if I dream something relevant about the breakup or her. The shortness of breath is what fucks me up and after that I am not able to sleep anymore.
