Your Bella Vista stories
Hello! I have read through majority of the posts and comments on this page that I can find about Bella Vista. That being said, my family and I are looking to uproot our whole life and move from St. Louis to Bella Vista. This is due to St. Louis, becoming incredibly increasingly unsafe etc. We like Bella Vista because we are outdoor type of people. We love when we visit NWA but have never spent a significant amount of time in BV. We enjoy to hike, fly fish, etc. We have small children so the schools seem to be a plus. But we’re really concerned about the neighborhood rules and regulations and how strict they are. From what I can find there seems to be no consistency with the acc and that is something that would really piss me and my husband off. I don’t want us to end up on bad terms because we don’t agree with them being unfair. I’ve seen multiple posts about neighbors getting away with things and others getting cited and or watched by the acc. My spouse does have a medical marijuana card and to be honest I’ve worried some about him smoking, especially on evenings before bed and after work. He is always very respectful and usually won’t smoke if neighbors are outside, but I don’t want to deal with a Karen complaining. Can I please hear your good stories and absolute horror stories about living in Bella Vista? The amenities seem very lovely. I do like that. The rules and regulations keep things nice so that is a plus I just don’t want to deal with crooked and shady individuals lol. We are just a young family tbh and really trying to find a new community to enjoy and meet some cool new people!
