Where is your favorite spot?

I've been at this for 6 weeks now.. I am only comfortable doing it in my stomach. My husband did my arm a week ago, idk if we did it a little too far back, but it left me with a huge knot for a few days (it was his first time agreeing to help and he did it too firm. He does not like needles so he was trying to be helpful but quick.) He offered to do my other arm the next day but I politely declined and just did my belly again. I don't inject in the same spots, but I can tell my belly isn't happy about all the shots.

I've looked for YouTube videos to show exactly where to do it at, but they're all belly ones.

Brought a fresh pen with me on vacation (so not used yet.) I put it in an insulated lunch bag with a frozen ice pack. By the time I got to my destination (4.5hrs) it was room temperature when I went to put it in the fridge. It looks clear still and I immediately put it in the fridge. Good to use or am I screwed?

Anyone from Las Vegas? Or specifically North Las Vegas. I'm looking for a new Dr who knows how to deal with insurance and prescribing liraglutide. My Dr got sick and canceled my appointment, and now she is out of office until the end of July which is pretty crazy to me. Thanks in advance and hopefully its OK to post this! I'm just tired of getting the runaround on this.
