Hey, bit desperate at this point. Been signed off work by GP with a flare up for 4 months now. Haven’t been hospitalised in this time luckily but symptoms are debilitating every day. Any hints & tips on how to self manage this & make me get better soon? Thx

Hi, looking for some advice pls. Just finishing 2 months on 2.5mg & whilst there was some good results in the beginning I definitely feel like I’ve stalled recently. Think I need to move up to 5mg but I’ve heard so many horror stories about the side effects on 5mg that I’m really scared! I’ve had zero side effects on 2.5mg, any advice to ease my concerns pls? Thx!
