So much trash on the road
On my daily excursions through the infrastructure, or lack thereof, of Hampton roads I see folks throwing giant bags of trash out of their windows. 7/11, wawa, McDonald's bags with the handles.
What's the deal with this? Trash cans are literally everywhere, and free to use. Takes the same amount of effort.
