Anything I am missing

Ive been working out for a few weeks. I have 2 rest days on Wednesday and Saturday, every other day I do 5-8 pull ups followed up with 10 L leg raises and then 5 dips. Then I do a roman chair 8 times holding a 15 pound dumbbell which targets my lower back. Then I do the pull ups, leg raises again and dips. Then I pick up my 10 pound dumbbells and do 8 lateral raises and then I pick up my 15 pound dumbbells and do African curls 8 times both arms at the same time then I pick up the 20 pound dumbbells and I lay down and chess press them 8 times. The I do the pull ups and L leg raises and dips again and then I do the roman chair again and then I do squats with a 20 pound dumbbell 10 times. Then I finish with the dumbbell lateral raises, african curls, and chess press's. I also just jump in between my sets like just jumping while keeping my body straight.
