I have been taking semaglutide and my appetite is completely different now. Some days I am stuffed for hours after a tiny breakfast, and other days I barely get hungry at all. I have tried eating three meals, sometimes two, or just eating whenever I feel hungry, but forcing multiple small meals throughout the day just feels wrong.

I am really curious how many meals I should actually be having. Should I just do whatever feels right since the medication handles my appetite anyway, or is there a better approach? How many times a day do you guys eat?

I say conflicted because part of me is mourning McDonald's and part of me knows this is probably fine. Tried Wendy's last week thinking I'd be okay and my stomach completely fell apart for the rest of the day. It's not even a willpower thing, my body just rejects it now like it's personally offended. Genuinely didn't expect reta to just quietly revoke my fast food privileges but here we are.
