Born from the same token within Elynas, Delphia is Sigewinne’s elder twin—but a dark encounter with The Doctor changed her life forever. Now a traveler studying in Liyue, she hides a dangerous secret beneath her human form.

###The Divided Token
A Melusine and elder twin sister of Sigewinne, born of one of the two halves of the same token within the wound of Elynas. This connection—possessing each half of a mechanical locket—makes them closer than other Melusines. Though born around the same time, Sigewinne still refers to Delphia as her elder sister.
The energy she gives off is nearly identical to Sigewinne's which makes it hard for other Melusines to tell them apart, much like how humans find it hard to tell the difference between twins of their kind.
###The Doctor's Experiment
While exploring the outskirts of Fontaine, Delphia was abducted by The Doctor (Dottore). He used her in an experiment to fuse a Melusine soul with a human’s, leaving her with an unstable condition: she is human during the day and turns back into a Melusine at night.
She eventually escaped thanks to a mysterious "adventurer" named Octavia, who shared stories of the world beyond the walls. Seeing Delphia’s transformation did not scare Octavia; instead, she gave Delphia a set of "magical" nurse clothing that adjusts to fit her changing body size.
###The Abyssal Curse
Delphia left Fontaine to find a cure for her condition. When she transforms at night, she emits a strong Abyssal aura that causes nearby humans to hallucinate and see her as a dangerous beast. Fortunately, Vision holders are resistant to these effects, allowing her to travel alongside others.
>Sigewinne: “Sister, are you really going to leave Fontaine? You know how humans treat us melusines out there...”
>Delphia: “Sigewinne… the world is a vast place. I want to see it for myself. There are those with illnesses that cannot be cured. If there are lives to save, I will do everything in my power to save them.”
###Current Status: Liyue
Despite the risks of traveling alone beyond the safety of Fontaine’s laws, Delphia has made it all the way to Liyue. She is currently studying medicine under the guidance of Dr. Baizhu.
The previous Lantern Rite was the first time she had seen her little sister in many years. Sigewinne, noticing how shaky Delphia’s hands were, promised to spend more time with her big sister to let her know she’s not alone.
