When is Brady too Brady?

Me- 42 yo female. 5’0 190 lbs.

Seen a cardiologist for symptoms that of dysautonomia. He basically said.. you are fat, and didn’t get the Covid vaccine. What do you want me to do? Salt your food and drink more water (BP in office was 90/62). Holter monitor showed 15-20% PVCs with 5% of those being runs.
Fast forward to now when I am no longer paying $300 a pop for someone to call me fat! I’m Brady more than 75% of the day. Sleeping like crap, exhausted, dizzy when standing, on Topamax for migraines, have chronic diarrhea, and literally living with constant PVCs.

Advice? I’m not going back to that cardiologist (who by the way is also fat)
