Feels like I’ve been cursed

No I don’t actually think I’m cursed. But the last 3 months I haven’t been able to get comfortable in my new car while driving. Everyday I think I need to buy a seat pillow and every time I get out of my car I forgot. It’s just a perpetual cycle of being uncomfortable and forgetting the moment I could be doing something to fix it. I know it’s because I’ve been hit in the head by the ADHD fairy. But good lord this would make a funny but annoying curse to put on someone.

Not sure how else to phrase it. Please let me know if there’s a better term. I’m used to the day to day flow of when it kicks in. But has anyone else noticed after you’ve been on your correct dosage for a month or two that your brain really seems locked in almost all the time (even before you take it for the day) and your habits improve exponentially. For example my room was/is a cluttered mess. I would handle bits and pieces of organization during early usage. Now I’m on a full scale campaign to get things cleaned up. Might just be a hyperfocus but it doesn’t feel that way.
