Ideas for Angel Player Race 5e

I'm reworking an old Angel player race I made a while back for my setting to make their subrace traits something other than innate spellcasting. The three subraces are Powers, warriors of god sent to fight demons, Virtues, who command the elements (as in weather and other natural phenomena, not fireballs), and Guardians, sent to protect or aid people, places, and things. Here's the traits each share in common:

Every race in my setting is hombrewed, and they tend to be a tad stronger than those in official 5e books. I like their traits to have strong synergies with other character options, but obviously nothing game-breaking.

I'd appreciate some ideas!

Oglinder the Troll Woman?

I'm currently doing research on trolls and decided to watch this PBS Monstrum episode about the subject. In it, they mention a female troll named Oglinder, who is a terrifying warrior who killed 60 men. I went to search for this character as I'd never heard of her before and cannot seem to find any information on her. It's quite unhelpful that they just say "a saga" and not which one. Any idea if this is a real figure and where I could read more about the saga she's from?the pbs video

Sources for physical descriptions of the Fomorians?

I have been desperately searching for where the Wikipedia page on the Fomóire gets the information that "sometimes they are said to have the body of a man and the head of a goat, according to an 11th-century text in Lebor na hUidre (the Book of the Dun Cow), or to have had one eye, one arm and one leg." When I search in what part of the Lebor na hUidre this is mentioned, I am given nothing except the horrendous google AI overview claiming it is in Scél Tuain meic Cairill do Finnen Maige Bile (The Story Tuan mac Cairill told to Finnian of Moville), which, upon further research, does not seem to be in the Lebor na hUidre at all. I can not find an online translation of the original Lebor na hUidre, nor one of any of the stories within it that is not a very brief plot summary. Does anyone know where I can actually read the original text that this information is from or whether it is even true?
