Portfolio review

I am planning to run this as a sleeve in my port. The aim is least draw down and some protection during choppy markets. Critique?

Usd/soxl long term hold?

How do you play the usd/soxl game for long term? Do you exit and enter at opportune times or hold usd for long term? I see soxl is not really a long term bet. Looking for suggestions for how to play this. I am still bullish on the semi conductor cycle but at the same time don't want to loose my gains. It's not like stocks, it may not recover due to the daily balancing?how do you deleverage a sector specific etf like usd ? Looking for ideas.

Low sodium/No salt

Doctor recommended to have sardines and I am in the rabbit hole now. I absolutely love the taste of sardines don't know how I missed eating those little guys till now. Are there any good brands which have sardines which are thicker whole pieces instead of soggy mess packed in water or very less salt? Any recommendations.

How is my diet?

Ldl is around 123. I want to bring it down to 70 in three months if possible through diet before my next blood work

This is my typical diet.

Breakfast:

Either two whole eggs and a banana or bowl of oatmeal with flax seeds, cocoa, berries and dates

Lunch: whole wheat bread or rice with some veggies.. Salmon 2-3 times a week or some grilled chicken.

Dinner : cup of rice with roasted veggies.

Snack - nuts and sometimes sugary drinks.(rare)

Once in a while eating out still trying to eat clean.

I see my diet is bit basic and may need more targeted foods for bringing my ldl down. Any advise? Thank you
