My pinky toe was broken in 2 spots and my extensor tendon was completely tore and is not fixable, I'm going to have a bone fusion on my 5th toe and will also have a MTP Capsulotomy on toes 2-5, doctor said my toe would be nonfunctional and there's nothing he could do for it and surgery might make my CRPS worse. I'm just seeing what I should look for in a settlement being I'll have to switch careers because I will have a gaited walk and cannot stand for more than 30 min before it starts killing me. This also happened on my bosses personal property and he's been very difficult this whole time. Has ignored my lawyers so far this whole time as well
