Wouldn’t it make more sense to just stop sending advertisements through the U.S. mail?

Think about how much mail we get that nobody asked for. Ads, flyers, credit card offers, random promotions, and sometimes straight-up scams. It gets printed, put on a truck, delivered to your house, and most of it goes straight into the trash.

That’s a lot of paper, ink, fuel, time, and trees being used just to deliver something people didn’t want.

Maybe if we cut out most of the junk mail, the mail system could be faster, carriers could spend less time delivering garbage, and people might actually pay attention to the mail they receive.

Seems like a pretty simple way to cut waste. And, I’d rather see those trees still standing.
