Is there a better way to mount a projector in this setup?

Hi, I'm trying to get s projector running in this room since there's not really any room for a tv and we want some way to look at videos, show some work related things etc. So I dug out a projector and took a screen from another room where it wasn't used anymore.

When I put it at first on a table in the middle of the room, it wasn't really usable when there was stuff on the white table, the ceilings are too tall for it to mount a projector and this one doesn't have H keystone.

Ultra short throw would be nice, but I don't want to buy a new one, we already have this one and it won't be used enough to make sense buying a new one.

But it will be used enough for it to be annoying to always get the table out and place the projector in the middle of the room.

I tried a little experiment with mounting it sideways, Whis does work, but I can't use the entire width of the screen since it's now basically a vertical screen. And I also have to use quite a lot of Vertical keystone to have the screen more or less straight.

And it also can be only used as a second monitor since it has to be rotated 90° and the projector firmware doesn't have an option for this orientation.

(The morning is of course just temporary to see if this method would work)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank you :)
