2013 Jeep Wrangler

When taking off from a stop, there seems to be something hanging up and I can physically feel it slowing down. It’s not constant, but let’s go and starts up again in a few feet. Traction control lights come on goes into like a limp mode. Seems to do better when starting off on a downhill. I read online it was the front wheel hubs and I replaced them but it’s still doing it. Can anyone point me towards a fix or what to check next? It’s about to drive me crazy.
