Online orders can only be returned via shipping (at a $7 fee).

If items go on sale they won’t price match. Although their website indicates a price match policy within 14 days they said it doesn’t apply to online purchases (although they don’t specify this).

Then when I asked for a size exchange they said it’s final sale and must be for equal or greater value. I cannot be given store credit either.

half my closet is Uniqlo so I was taken aback learning of these restrictive policies. I’m pretty turned off from shopping there.
