Hi! I want to be an MA but have had no luck at all in finding jobs without any cert. I currently live in my small college town and the only in person courses I could find are at a local medical assistant school for about 4.4K.
Does this sound like a reasonable amount?

(It’s an accelerated 18 week course with 4.5 hours in person on weekends. And it also has a guaranteed 80 hours externship. )

My plan was to get my CCMA during the school year and work as an ma once I move back home for a little while.
