Ok, I'm a lover of cheap wigs. I change them out so much that I only have one high quality wig that I splurged on.

I got this headband wig from temu because I sometimes I want my hair completely out of my face. I really got it mostly out of curiosity and grabbed some headbands for over it; it is not a quality wig and has some issues, but my mom has even requested I wear it for our outing on Saturday and that's crazy since she doesn't like me in blonde!

I got this beauty from temu. Took her to the pool today and she looked amazing wet and dried perfectly! I did glue her down.

I don't wear her often because my kids call me Karen.

Ok, I'm a wig addict. I have a LOT of cheap synthetics, a HH wig, and some nicer synthetics. I shaved off the little hair I had left two years ago and have been keeping it buzzed. I'm an elementary school teacher.

So last school cycle I basically switched up my wigs according to my mood, none of my wigs are similar so I'd go from long blonde, to short red to curly black and so on.

All my coworkers, students (and their parents), and admin know I have alopecia, so my hair was basically part of my outfits. The annoying thing is that everyone felt they could just comment on the wig I was wearing and it was not always positive. It would kind of hurt my confidence.

But I'm thinking of just wearing a HH wig (long curly black wig) to work. I'm getting a black curly headband (synthetic) wig as well for when we have field trips, or activities and not switching things up much at work. Then having vacation wigs and so on. But I also love switching up my look constantly, so I don't know.

Should I be more professional and keep a style so I don't get tons of comments? Switch it seasonally like a lot of people with bio hair do? Or switch it to my mood/outfit?

I have mostly blonde and red wigs, and a few black if that matters. My black curly one is HH and everyone at work's favorite, so get only compliments with it 😅
