I just wanted to share this personal story as a resit student who failed the exams last year. I just passed in Q1! It’s been a hell a of a journey.

I did my TC in-house and had an NQ position lined up for Nov but as I failed my SQE in August this didn’t materialise. I decided to leave my job and study from Nov - Feb and risk not having any income + pay for the exams myself.

It has been a hell of a journey but I wanted to reassure all of you on here it’s worth it. Finding out I have qualified as a solicitor on a random Thursday morning at 11am is quite a feeling.
