First ride on these new wheels and got this interesting marble effect. It’s still on there after a couple more rides.

I had two close calls from 0-100, no close calls on the second 100.
Full tilt has about 5mm of clearance in the back, I haven’t gotten any wheel bite even when sliding the back out. It has 69mm nine balls on it.
It feels so much more compact now too. It chews up speed on the hills without sliding out which it was terrible at with the sidewinders.
I’ve been riding S9 Race Formula/9 balls wheels the past 10 years but just put Orangatang In Heats on my new setup. The Orangatang 77a feels softer than the S9s at 75a.
The new wheels have amazing traction for carving steep hills and pumping on the flats. I didn’t realize what I’ve been missing, wish I tried these wheels sooner!
