My family just moved to the area and I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for brunch/breakfast spots. We tried the Sebring Diner last week but weren’t super impressed.

Advice for removing latex paint from tile
We are closing soon on a house that we love. However the previous owners painted the tile with latex paint then started to remove it and never finished. You can see it under the bed in the picture I included. It is in lots of spots all around the house. Any advice for easily getting it up without making a huge mess or scratching the tile? Thanks in advance!
