Knee acting up after stationary bike

I am 8 weeks post op. PT suggested i use stationary bike to keep the knee moving. I used it for 30 mins yesterday and since then my knee feels unstable than before.

I was slowly starting to feel comfortable walking heel-toe but now knee feels so weird to walk.

Should i continue with stationary bike or stop and wait till it becomes normal ? is it normal to feel unstable after the first session ?

Psychological confidence with knee

I am able to walk but I don’t get the psychological confidence with my knee. I end up walking with a gait and less weight on the knee.
I am not sure how this is gonna improve

Stuck at 90 flexion

I am 5 weeks post op and was able to hit 90 degrees at 2 week mark but it has been hovering around 80-90 degrees for the last three weeks without much improvement.
Swelling seems to be going down but no improvement in flexion.

Feels like knee rubbing on something

I am 2 weeks post OP. When I do heel slides or ankle pumps or any PT exercises my knee feels like it’s rubbing against something like a rubber or cartilage.
The movements are not smooth.
Is this expected ?

Tried to talk a step now in the evening and it hurts quite a bit.
Pain is mostly on the left side band which was harvested.

How to approach wbat ? How many steps should I take everyday ?

Taking nerve block catheter off

It’s my day 5 post OP and I have to take off the nerve block catheter. So far it has been god send and help me feel no pain at all. May be minor pain when sleeping but nothing extraordinary.
I have been off of oxy and Tylenol for the past two days.
What do I expect when I take it off ? Will I get hit by severe pain ?

I had my surgery today and they gave me a nerve block catheter with pump attached to my thigh to use it for 3 days.
That’s something new that wasn’t mentioned in most of the posts. Has anyone used it before?
