Total YOE is a little over 4 years and came out from MBB after 2 years with the firm (no promo). Got an offer for an S&O position in Chicago for a subprime lending company. New role will be roughly 50 hours/week. Not sure if that is an average or good exit outcome from MBB - especially in the context of Chicago COL? Some perspective would be nice here.
