Using warranty to replace 12v battery but dealership says it's fine.

I have a 2024 and the battery keeps dying on me. Gave it to the dealership and they said after they jumped it it passed all their tests so they're not willing to replace the battery. How do I escalate this to corporate to make use of the warranty on the battery?
