Who is the weakest character who could successfully help Moira Brown (Fallout) write the perfect Wasteland Survival Guide by being her assistant?
For anyone who needs a refresher on Fallout 3, here's a link explaining the whole question in full: https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Wasteland\_Survival\_Guide\_(quest)
But TDLR: the wasteland survival guide quest features the player acting as Moira's assistant by performing various tasks for her, which are as follows:
Chapter 1: Find food from the Super-Duper Mart, contract radiation sickness, and traverse a mine field.
Chapter 2: Test the repellent on mole rats, place an observer unit inside a mirelurk nest, and return to Moira with injuries equaling more than 50% of your health.
Chapter 3: Research Rivet City's history, install the processor widget in the RobCo Production Facility Mainframe, and access the card catalogue at the Arlington Public Library.
Who is the weakest character who could successfully complete these objectives and get the best possible results? Lying to Moira about the research or convincing her to stop writing it entirely aren't win conditions. The wasteland survival guide needs to be at least useful in order to win. Moira will also still do her actions after each successful assignment (Eg: she heals the LW from their injuries even if they're crippled after you do that assignment).
Round 1: Who can complete the assignments and get a decently well researched wasteland survival guide?
Round 2: Who could go all the way and complete all of the optional objectives alongside the main objectives to get the best possible result of the wasteland survival guide?
Bonus round: Any character who would dramatically improve the wasteland survival guide by completing all optional objectives and providing their own research into the various assignments.
