This turf way laid on 6th March 2026. We paid a reputable local firm to do this who assured me they only use 'quality turf'.

Now 4 months on it is really patchy, seems to be two different species of grass that aren't growing at the same rate?

I have mowed once a week since mid-late may.

I'm hoping as the lawn matures it will start to look more uniform because as the weeks go by, the longer darker grass seems to be getting more prominent?

If it just poor quality turf? Or do all lawns looks like this in the early days.
