Last night I placed a bet for $200 to win $238. I cashed out early and only got 220 of that. I instantly check my account and saw I was up $220. I checked later and saw that $200 was taken out of my account so I figured they only credited me the profit which was only $20 since I cashed out early but I placed a bet last night for $300 to win $303 (it was better odds but it glitched last second and gave me shitty odds). that bet one and I cashed out and withdraw $303. It took a while to hit my bank account and I ended up falling asleep for the night. I woke up in the morning with my account restricted so I went through with the ID verification and I saw that I had $303 to withdraw on my account but they later restricted my account. now I’m checking my account and they took $300 from my actual bank account super annoying how they take money even though they bet one can someone explain to me how betting works aren’t they supposed to have the $300 on hold and if you win you keep your $300 and then you win whatever is the profit? How do I go about getting my account unrestricted? Any help appreciated.
