Please aware us about struggles of electrical branch

I may get both mechanical and electrical in bit sindri but i m very confused ,i get to know that electrical is tough branch and it is math heavy,

And i dont like math that much ,also my math is weak ,what to do And one more thing i only want core engineering ,prepare for gate /ese, etc and no plan to go for it or software. Seniors please give some advice
