Want to buy a duplex together?
Greetings! I’m interested in co/owning a duplex. I’m open to different areas of the country.
I’m 65 and will retire in about a year. I live on the west coast. I’d like to purchase a duplex with someone. You live on one side I live on the other.
West Coast real estate is expensive. I’d like to look in parts of the country where housing prices are more affordable.
