I did experience it with the male Malamutes I’ve had over my life time. Has anyone experienced this with females? Is it as common? I know it’s in the breed description but I am looking for first hand experiences.

I’ve only ever had male malamutes and they’ve gotten along with my various breed females over the years, but I am considering bringing in a new malamute puppy while my old malamute is here to “raise him” and I’m debating on just getting another male to play it safe for my girls of other breeds.
