Quick recap of what Stock Pulse flagged on the 15th. These are intraday plays — the point is the move you can sell into, not where the thing closes. So I'm grading each by the run it actually handed you from the alert.

• TGHL: the one worth having. Pinged at $1.10 and ran to $1.69, a 54% move on real volume. Fair warning, that came after the bell rather than during the session, so you had to be around for it — but it was a genuine run, not a wick.
• CPHI: modest but clean. $1.39 up to $1.60 over about half an hour, roughly 15% into the pop, on a pure no-news momentum spike.
• ERNA: fast and small. $10.91 on positive study data, up 17% inside five minutes. Blink and it was gone, but the window was briefly there.
• ELVA: not much to trade. $13.71 on a real Amazon battery deal, but the alert landed right on the high, so about 7% before it rolled over.
• VIVS: the dud. $3.31 on an Eli Lilly milestone, and the alert minute was the top. No window at all.

So one good move, a couple of small ones, and a dud. Some sessions are like that. The names that gave room to sell were the low-float ones still moving when the alert fired, not the ones that had already gapped and stalled.

Pre-market is live and it is a fresh start. Yesterday had a couple of solid movers. Stock Pulse flagged NXTC, which ran to a +123% peak, and LGHL reached +32%.

New day, new setups. We will be watching what takes the lead today.

Session's done. Stock Pulse fired 2 alerts today, +185% combined if you only count the peaks. The two moves could not have been more different, so here's how they actually ran, peaks and closes both.

NXTC (NextCure). Flagged premarket at $4.87 at 6:15am ET. The catalyst was real: NextCure announced an all-stock merger with Avere plus a $320M raise to develop a once-weekly oral IL-23 drug. On a float of only ~2.3M shares, that headline gapped it hard. It ran to $12.30 by 7:15am, up 152%, then bled back through the regular session to close $6.58, up 35% from the alert. The fade is just merger-arb math. The deal terms are fixed and all-stock, so the scarcity premium leaks out once the arb desks price it in. A genuine catalyst, but the premarket spike was the whole trade.

LGHL (Lion Group). Flagged at $4.42 at 9:58am. No news at all here. The driver was a 1-for-9 reverse split that cut the tradable float to almost nothing, and a tiny float squeezes on any buying. It popped to $5.89 in 11 minutes, up 33%, and that was the entire window. Then it round-tripped and kept sliding, closing $2.41, down 45% from the alert. A reverse split adds no value. The same thin float that let it spike is exactly what let it collapse.
