Normal pull swing critique.
These are the last 3 hits of my first BP Batch. This was neutral pull location (in between middle of SS and 3, to 2nd base) I was focused on 3 things in particular.
- head staying shoulder to shoulder. To watch the ball the whole way.
- when I load my hands back, go up, not flat or down.
- to get those hips active.
I think the hips still need a little work, and my arms are extending too early still.
