Just checking in on the consensus for deisgn here.

Is it a good iodea to try and run a specific agent on a 64gb m5max, while the main model is on the M5U? Or is that extra 3.6k not worth it and better to keep everything on the M5U?

I like qwen 3.8 flash next, and couldn't run that onn the smaller RAM comps, so don't know if i'd be losing out in quality too much with the external agents approach.

In my head I'd like to have a M5U as the brain and then 2-4 external agent computers.

Using as a local AI server, mostly for agentic tasks like creating, testing, improving software.
Also a proof-of-concept for small scale local 'datacenter'
