Vowing to destroy more infrastructure... Is proof that Trump is displaying TODDLER SIZED TANTRUMS, over a War he started and is losing. This is such an embarrassment.

47 years of legal radioactive dumping — the law finally caught up in 1993, but didn't look backward. Marine life heavily affected.

The primary disposal zone used by the UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Beaufort's Dyke — a deep trench between Scotland and Northern Ireland — received an estimated 100,000+ tonnes of munitions and radioactive waste. The Bay of Biscay received over 140,000 containers of low-level radioactive waste from European nations between 1949 and 1982.

The UN Charter makes Russia's invasion of Ukraine illegal under international law — here's the exact text and why it matters

Most people know the Russia-Ukraine war is "wrong" — but fewer know exactly which laws it violates and why that has real consequences.

Article 2(4) of the UN Charter is the cornerstone:

>

Russia is a UN member. Ukraine is a UN member. This isn't a gray area — it's a textbook violation of the foundational document of post-WWII international order.

The counterargument often raised is Article 51 (self-defense). Russia invoked this. The problem: Article 51 only applies after an armed attack occurs. No armed attack by Ukraine against Russia preceded the invasion. Preemptive "self-defense" claims don't hold under the plain text.

There's also the Budapest Memorandum (1994) — the US, UK, and Russia all signed security assurances for Ukraine in exchange for Ukraine giving up its nuclear arsenal. Russia voided its own signature.

I've been building a site that maps these laws and tracks current conflicts against the actual legal text — no spin, just the statutes and what they say: knowthegame.madethis.app

Happy to dig into any of the specific legal questions in the comment
