This building could be anything, your OC’s house, their place of work, you can decide that.

For one reason or another, the Pitt Army- the raider army for the faction known as “The Pitt”, filled with hardened raiders, slavers, and other kinds of nasty pieces of work- is currently at your OC’s town/city/settlement building some defenses for it. At the lead of the project would be an engineer by the name of Percy Dunham. He seemed to mostly be handling the direction and supervision of the project, walking around with blueprints, ordering mostly “workers” (slaves in bomb collars wearing makeshift construction uniforms) and other raiders and engineers to perform required tasks.
They’re building up steel walls around the location, setting up guard towers, barbed wire and other deterrents, even some land mines and basic automated turrets.
(The reason the Pitt Raiders are here could be because either your OC’s town/city/settlement got conquered, they became a willing vassal, or they’re a trade partner with the Pitt. Your decision.)

No Moral Grandstanding (Please. Yes, Percy is evil, Percy does bad things, the Pitt is a bad faction, but I’m kind of tired of so many RPs being one character monologuing and moral grandstanding AT Percy)
Percy, a member of the Pitt Raiders, an army of raiders and slavers that’s been expanding their territory and influence, has ventured into your OC’s town/city/village to buy some supplies.
The relationship between the Pitt Raiders and your OC’s town/city/village are up to you. This can go in one of many ways; friendly, confrontational, outright violent, business-like, cordial, however.

No OP OCs IF you’re going a confrontational route. Please no “One hit and a mountain is gone” type stuff. Percy is just a guy with guns.
Romance is allowed (Percy is gyne… feel free to look that up. lol)
