Not seeing much online about this tag and what I’m seeing is for cotton cargo pants, not silk/linen ones

Goodwill find. Can’t tell if it’s legit and if it’s women’s or kids

There’s no material tag and it definitely fits smaller than an XL. Feels like 100% cotton to me.
