Clannad is amazing and absolutely wrecked me

Finally decided to watch Clannad and get it off my ever-growing watch list. Have always seen it mentioned on lists of all-time great anime's.

It did not disappoint.

Toward the end this shit had me in tears. Forget Onions, someone might as well of doused my room with pepper spray.

I have now had the Dango song stuck in the back of my head, and I can't stop smiling while feeling a slight building of tears.

10/10 would recommend. My heart is cracked yet full.

Finally watched A Silent Voice

…wow, what a great movie.

Might of been a mistake watching it right before bed because I just laid down thinking about things over and over and it felt like it took forever to fall asleep (gonna be a fun Monday at work).

Can’t remember the last time I watched an entire movie without looking at my phone. Feels like there’s a hole or weight in my chest

EDIT: Notes that have been floating in my head all morning.

- Fuck that teacher. He knew she was being bullied and didn't do anything the entire time. Although it was very satisfying at the every end when he called out Ishida, too little too late.

- Ueno is a bitch

- Nishimiya is too forgiving, although that's kind of the premise of the movie so that should make the teacher and Ueno comments above null and void? (Fuck.)
