Watched the movie for the 2nd time today. I cried. (A long post)
I have watched Ansatsu since the beginning of the anime in 2016. Call me dramatic but this is a very important anime in my life for a lot of reasons. I laughed so hard, cried so hard, got inspired and more. The very first cosplay I did that is from my own money is Koro-sensei. Have met longtime friends via our love for the series. Safe to say, this anime have a huge impact in my life.
So when the movie was announced, given that is also the 10th anniversary of the anime, I got hyped. I couldn’t even care to research what the movie will be covering. I am just super glad to see anything Ansatsu again after a long time, and I am not disappointed.
Seeing things from the manga that was initially cut from the anime getting their spotlight was awesome! Really goes to show that there is a lot to be explored with Ansatsu if Yusei Matsui decided to dive more about the students, but that’s fine. We are celebrating 10 years of Ansatsu, that’s all that matters.
By the end of the film, I was ready to leave but then the screen says “Please stay seated for the post-credit” and I am immediately inturgued. What in the Marvel movie is this? LMAOOO
THEN THIS PICTURE DROPPED. I FUCKING CRIED.
Not only because it was all of them 10 years older since they graduated, but also it made me think.
“Damn, I also got older since I last saw them.”
Crazy how life works sometimes. Seeing them like this felt like not seeing a great friend for years, and it makes you emotional. It took me a while to stand up cuz I was trying to not to cry very hard because that is just how important and impactful Ansatsu is in my life.
I guess I will have to wait for the film to be released digitally for a better quality of this pic. For now, I am so happy seeing them like this.
