The islands in the lake are called chinampas, they are artificial hand made, one of the first hydroponics systems that humans made. Their existance date from 6000 years ago.
Hello, I have this rubber plant from three weeks now. The bottom Leaf its been turning yellow and I dont know why. The soil is a mix of dirt, a little coconut fiber, and some wood chips. Its an indoor plant that gets direct light from 7 to 9 and from there indirect light until 6 pm
I water her every five or si days when the top soil is dry.
I have a little bit of mixed feeling about this. For one part I'm happy that I can survive this events, that even cars cannot pases through this flooded areas. But at the same time we should not be trying to survive like this, lol.
