You’ve heard of the Tulip Festival but what if there was a Tulias Festival in the game? An event during the summer that runs concurrently with the Sunshine Celebration for 2-3 weeks. The event stand sells supercharged fertilizer that increases your chances of color/pattern transfer of all flowers by up to 50%. The currency is mushrooms, obsidian shards, or sand dollars that many people have a boat load of.
IRL I have had a few people comment about how much I must love the game because of my binder and notebook that I use to keep track of everything. I want to collect every pattern/effect for every flower so I made a spreadsheet to track my progress. I have all the plot layouts on paper to optimize pattern transfers. I write down a list of all current pattern/effect hopefuls that I have in the ground so I know what to plant next.

Just running around with Big Challenges as part of my daily routine and boom there it was!
My greenhouse is fully upgraded but only working on 2 pattern transfers in there as I need to get all the confetti patterns for my happadils. (I started playing last July). I am still working on getting all the colors for my extremophile plots. All the other plots are dedicated to pattern transfers with highest transfer rate I could see on the flower generator site. Each day I get between 2 and 3 pattern transfers across all plots.
What rate of pattern transfers are you getting?
